Since all of our apparel is custom-made just for you, our shipping process involves two distinct phases: Production Time and Shipping Transit Time.
1. Production & Fulfillment Time
This is the time it takes for us to create, quality-check, and package your custom order.

Custom Production Window: Please allow a mandatory minimum of 5–10 business days for production and fulfillment. This period starts the business day after your order is placed.

Business Days: Our team operates and fulfills orders from Monday through Saturday, excluding US federal holidays.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will begin processing on the next business day.

Total Delivery Time Estimate:
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time
2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer reliable shipping services within the United States via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).

- Shipping Costs: All shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses: We recommend using a USPS service for shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses, as UPS generally cannot deliver to these locations.
3. International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide using FedEx and DHL for fast and reliable global delivery.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or fees that may be charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Refused Delivery: If you refuse to pay the duties/taxes upon delivery, the package will be returned to ROLKA BOUTIQUE at your expense. Any associated costs will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
4. Tracking and Confirmation

Shipment Confirmation: Once your order has been produced and is ready to ship, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking Updates: The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. Please check the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) for the most current updates.
5. Damages, Loss, and Missing Orders
ROLKA BOUTIQUE is responsible for your order until it reaches the shipping carrier. We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Loss/Theft: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it (stolen/missing), please first check with neighbors and your local post office. We are not responsible for theft after delivery. We can assist in opening a carrier investigation, but we cannot issue a refund or free replacement for marked-as-delivered items.
6. Returns and Exchanges (Custom Items)
Due to the nature of custom, made-to-order apparel:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing errors, or color discrepancies outside of the product description. Please review our size charts carefully before ordering.

Exceptions: We will gladly replace or refund items if we sent the wrong item or size from what was ordered.
